How do I add a beneficiary for my life insurance?

To elect or update beneficiary information for life insurance click here and log into your account. If you need to register to access your account for the first time you may do so using the same link.

You will land on the Home page
Click the box on the left that says “Manage Beneficiaries”
This is where you add or edit beneficiary names and information

While you never expect your beneficiary to use this life insurance benefit, your beneficiary will be relieved you handled this just in case.

If you do not name a beneficiary, even if you are married, the process for processing the claim is much longer, requires more documentation and may need to be decided in court.
