This is a passive enrollment. Participants currently participating are NOT required to take action during the open enrollment period in order to have benefit coverage for the upcoming plan year. The benefit choices you make during Open Enrollment will be effective August 1, 2026, through July 31, 2027.
During the year, you cannot change most of your benefits, unless you experience a qualifying life event, such as a change in marital status or adding a new dependent to your family. In the event you have a qualifying life event, you have 30 days to provide supporting documentation. The open enrollment period is your opportunity to make changes.
You are encouraged to attend an upcoming Open Enrollment meeting, which will be announced soon. Attending a meeting will help you make informed decisions for you and your family. We look forward to your participation.
