Check your mail! Open Enrollment confirmation statements have been mailed to employee homes.
This article is intended for US employees of John Crane, BIS, US Smiths Group, and Smiths Detection.
Every year after Open Enrollment, the Benefits Center mails out confirmation statements. Confirmation statements are sent directly to employee homes. As soon as you receive your confirmation statement, please review it in detail. The benefits and coverage outlined will remain in effect for the entire plan year, unless you have a qualified life event.
In the event that you identify an error on your confirmation statement, please call the Smiths Group Benefits Center right away at 866-330-6555. Explain that you received your Open Enrollment confirmation statement and you need to make a correction.
Some specific things to look for are:
- Tobacco User Status
- Spousal Surcharge
- HSA employer contribution
- HSA employee contribution
- FSA enrollment
