John Crane, BIS and US Smiths Group returning to Smiths Group Benefits Center

Effective April 1, 2026, administration of your employee benefit plans will move back to the Smiths Group Benefits Center.

Your current benefits and plan year are not changing. You will see your current enrollments reflected here at SmithsGroupBenefitsCenter.com on April 1, 2026. More information about Open Enrollment for the plan year starting August 1, 2026 will be shared in the coming months.

Right now, the only change you need to know is where to go with benefit questions or to make changes due to a qualifying life event.

Qualifying Life Events 
To report a qualifying life event (such as marriage, divorce, or birth of a child) and make the changes to your benefit elections, call 1-866-330-6555 or visit SmithsGroupBenefitsCenter.com within 30 days of the event. If you use the website, you will need to register as a “New User”. You old credentials will not work.
