Using your dental benefits
addHere’s how to make the most of your dental benefits:
- Choose a provider. Each time you need dental care, you have a choice of providers. Selecting a Delta Dental participating dentist will ensure you optimize your dental benefits. To find a provider, go to www.deltadentalins.com/smithsgroup or call 1-800-932-0783.
- No one wants to be surprised by an unexpected bill. It’s always a good idea to get a pre-treatment estimate for anything other than routine care. Examples of procedures for which you might want a pre-treatment estimate include crowns, inlays, bridges, and periodontics. For more information about pre-treatment estimates, contact Delta Dental or your dentist.
- Check your claim status and other information on the Delta Dental website. You may review Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statements, check claim status and more.
