The Smiths Group Benefits Center does not administer wellness credits.

Plan Year 2025 earn wellness dollars up to $450 annually (eligible employee & spouse/DP =max $900 for wellness dollars) earned from May 1, 2024-April 30, 2025.

May 1, 2024 – July 31, 2024 earned wellness dollars paid through payroll in August 2024.
August 1, 2024- December 31, 2024 earned wellness dollars will be paid through payroll in January 2025.
January 1, 2025-April 30, 2025 earned wellness credits will be paid through payroll in May 2025.

Enroll in Virgin Pulse/Personify Health and track the completion any of the activities below to earn the credit/reward associated with that activity*

The Virgin Pulse wellness platform is available only to employees and their spouse/domestic partner (members) enrolled in an Anthem medical plan.
